Using Enterprise 2.0 to support knowledge management

The following article presented to the Knowledge Management conference in Sydney recently discusses the use of Enterprise 2.0 to support KM at AMP. Leanne Fry ascerts that the real strength of Enterprise 2.0 is it’s ability to connect people. I agree, the platform supports organisational collaboration as well as being a virtual knowledge repository.
